- 1.5 cups pitted dates (cut up and let soak for 10 min)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp oats
- 4 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp silvered almonds
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Put in blender on low speed until blended well but not completed smooth.
Can add dark chocolate chips too and almond butter and coconut flakes on top!
