These Subscription Terms & Conditions explain how our subscription service works, including billing, pricing, order management, shipping, returns, and other important details.By purchasing a subscription product from Canadian Protein, you agree to these Subscription Terms & Conditions.

ⓘ  November 2025 | Price Increase Notice:

Effective November 2025, the prices of select Canadian Protein Protein Products will be adjusted to reflect increased ingredient and production costs. Prices will increase by $10 for 1kg sizes and $20 for 2kg sizes. While this adjustment is necessary to maintain our commitment to premium ingredients and high manufacturing standards, Canadian Protein continues to offer some of the most competitively priced, high-quality protein products in the market. Our goal remains to provide exceptional value without compromising on quality, purity, or taste.

Locked-in subscription discounts (from previous promotions) will continue to be honoured; however, the base price of affected products will reflect the updated pricing. Customers with existing subscription discounts will still receive their agreed-upon percentage off, applied to the new base prices.

Program Specifics:
The Canadian Protein Subscription Program is available on select products across our website.Subscription orders already include subscription pricing where applicable. Some sales, promotions, and discount codes cannot be combined with subscription orders. Eligibility:
The subscription program is available to customers shopping on canadianprotein.com. Availability of products, payment methods, shipping options, and support services may vary by region.

Pricing and Payment:
Subscription pricing is set by Canadian Protein and may change from time to time.Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, depending on availability at checkout. By placing a subscription order, you authorize Canadian Protein to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription frequency, unless your subscription is skipped, paused, or canceled in accordance with these terms.If there is an issue with billing or payment, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Changes and Cancellations:
Customers can manage or cancel their subscriptions by logging into their subscription account and following the provided instructions. While there are no fees for canceling, a minimum of three orders is required before a subscription can be canceled.

Shipping and Returns:

These Subscription Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Canadian Protein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the subscription program, including delays, product unavailability, pricing changes, or interruptions in service.Nothing in these Subscription Terms & Conditions limits any rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
