These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Order Refund Promo - August/September 2026

The Canadian Protein Order Refund Promo is subject to the following terms:

  • The promotion begins August 31, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends September 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").
  • Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. [Void in Quebec.]
  • Employees of Coachwood Group Inc., Canadian Protein, and their respective affiliates, agents, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.
  • To enter with purchase: place any order at canadianprotein.com during the Promotion Period. Each order placed during the Promotion Period receives one (1) entry.
  • No purchase necessary. To enter without making a purchase, complete the free entry form at canadianprotein.com/pages/order-refund-no-purchase-entry during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person. Free entries have an equal chance of winning as entries received with purchase.
  • Three (3) winners will be selected in a random draw on or about September 11, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • Each winner will receive a refund of their qualifying order total, up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100 CAD) per winner.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used on the qualifying order. No-purchase entrants who are selected and have no qualifying order will receive a Canadian Protein gift card valued at one hundred dollars ($100 CAD).
  • Taxes and shipping charges paid on the qualifying order are not included in the refund amount. The refund applies to the product subtotal only.
  • No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except by Canadian Protein, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders are void as entries. Winning an order refund does not entitle the winner to return the products received.
  • Personal information collected is used solely to administer this promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
  • Offer valid at canadianprotein.com only. Not valid on wholesale orders or through any third-party marketplace or retailer.
