  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Sale Items are limited to existing inventory. Once a Sale Item sells out, it will not be restocked and will no longer be available for purchase.
  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for this sale. All sales are final.
  • The Farewell Flash Sale does not combine with other sitewide promotions, including the Buy More, Save More tiered discount. If a cart contains items eligible for more than one promotion, the greater discount will automatically apply — discounts will not stack.
  • This sale is not related to product shelf life, expiry, or quality. All Sale Items are within normal date ranges and are not short-dated.
  • The Farewell Flash Sale is valid only on canadianprotein.com and applies only to the listed items above.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to modify, extend, or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices reflect the discount at time of purchase; no price adjustments will be made to orders placed before or after the sale period.
