Terms and Conditions For The Fall Fuel Bonus

These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Canadian Protein Fall Fuel Bonus – September 2026

The Canadian Protein Fall Fuel Bonus is subject to the following terms:

  • This promotion is available to select Canadian Protein Rewards members only, chosen at Canadian Protein's sole discretion. Not all customers or rewards members are eligible, and participation is by invitation only.
  • The promotion runs from Wednesday, September 23 through Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
  • Eligible Canadian Protein Rewards members will receive 5,000 bonus points, equivalent to $5 in rewards value.
  • Bonus points will be added to eligible Rewards accounts automatically. No purchase or promotional code is required to receive the points.
  • Customers must have an eligible Canadian Protein Rewards account associated with the email address that received the promotional offer.
  • Bonus points must be redeemed by September 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Any unused promotional points will expire after this time and cannot be reinstated.
  • Bonus points may be redeemed toward an eligible purchase made through CanadianProtein.com.
  • A maximum of 5,000 promotional points will be awarded per eligible customer and Rewards account.
  • Bonus points are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit or another form of payment.
  • Promotional points cannot be transferred between customer accounts or combined with points held in another account.
  • Customers must sign in to the eligible Rewards account or use its associated email address to access and redeem the points.
  • Reward redemptions cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, wholesale orders and purchases made through third-party marketplaces or retailers are not eligible for the rewards discount.
  • The reward cannot be applied retroactively to an order placed before redemption. No price adjustments, credits or retroactive discounts will be issued.
  • If an order purchased using promotional points is cancelled, returned or refunded, the bonus points may not be returned or reinstated.
  • Canadian Protein is not responsible for points that cannot be accessed because a customer used a different email address, was not signed in or provided incorrect account information.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to withhold or remove points in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, account manipulation or promotional abuse.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to modify, suspend or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Offer valid only at CanadianProtein.com and void where prohibited.
