Terms and Conditions For The Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Canadian Protein Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale – November 2026

The Canadian Protein Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale is subject to the following terms:

  • The promotion begins Tuesday, November 10, 2026, and ends Monday, November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

  • Eligible proteins are 20% off, eligible supplements are 30% off, and eligible merchandise is 50% off.

  • Discounts apply automatically. No code is required.

  • Bulk sizes, including 6 kg and 10 kg products, gift cards, subscriptions, shipping charges and clearance products are excluded from sale discounts.

  • Buy More, Save More is disabled during the sale. Discounts will not stack.

  • The offer cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, loyalty point redemptions, referral codes or promotions unless stated. Qualifying orders remain eligible for the gifts with purchase outlined below.

  • New subscription purchases are unavailable during the sale.

  • Discounts apply before taxes and shipping.

  • Gift eligibility is based on the qualifying cart value after discounts and before shipping and taxes. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

  • Each order receives the complete gift package for the highest qualifying tier reached. Lower-tier packages are not added separately.

  • Customers qualifying for the $200 tier may select their preferred protein gift in the cart, subject to availability.

  • BioSteel 7-count packs, BioSteel 16-count packs and Canadian Protein Limited Edition Vegan Protein gifts are supplied in mystery flavours. Flavour selection is unavailable.

  • Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or returned separately for a refund.

Additional Conditions

  • Offers and gifts are valid while supplies last. No rain checks will be provided.

  • Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, retroactive discounts or promotional gifts.

  • Returns will be processed at the discounted price paid and remain subject to our Return Policy.

  • Canadian Protein may modify, suspend or end the promotion, subject to applicable law.

  • Offer valid only at CanadianProtein.com. Wholesale orders and third-party retailers or marketplaces are excluded.
