Terms and Conditions For The Back To Routine Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Back to Routine Sale - August 2026

The Canadian Protein Back To Routine Sale is subject to the following terms:

    • The Back-to-Routine Sale offers 25% off sitewide, and 50% off the following select discontinued products only (the "Sale Items"), while supplies last. No discount code is required — both discounts are automatically applied at checkout on eligible items:
      • Vegan Protein 1kg / Apple Cinnamon
      • 100% Premium Potato Starch 1kg
      • 100% Premium Potato Starch 2kg
      • BCAAs 454g / Orange
      • C-PRE Pre-Workout 30 Doses / Natural Pink Lemonade
      • Whey Protein Concentrate 2kg / Cinnabun
    • Only the items listed above are eligible for the 50% discount. All other sitewide products are eligible for the 25% discount only.
    • Sale Items are limited to existing inventory. Once a Sale Item sells out, it will not be restocked and will no longer be available for purchase.
    • No refunds or returns will be accepted on Sale Items discounted at 50% off. All sales on these items are final.
    • The Back-to-Routine Sale does not combine with other sitewide promotions, including the Buy More, Save More tiered discount. If a cart qualifies for more than one promotion, the greater discount will automatically apply — discounts will not stack.
    • This sale is not related to product shelf life, expiry, or quality. Sale Items are discounted because they are being discontinued, not due to any quality or freshness concern.
    • Rewards points may be applied toward purchases made during the sale.
    • The Back-to-Routine Sale is valid only on canadianprotein.com.
    • Canadian Protein reserves the right to modify, extend, or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • Prices reflect the discount at time of purchase; no price adjustments will be made to orders placed before or after the sale period.
