Terms and Conditions For The 2x Points Promotion

These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Canadian Protein 2X Points Promotion – October 2026

The Canadian Protein 2X Points Promotion is subject to the following terms:

  • The promotion runs from Wednesday, October 14 through Tuesday, October 16, 2026 at 4:00pm ET.
  • Canadian Protein Rewards members will earn twice the standard points on eligible purchases during the promotion.
  • Customers must sign in or use the email address connected to their Rewards account at checkout.
  • Existing points may be redeemed during the promotion. New points will be calculated on the eligible subtotal remaining after any rewards are applied.
  • “2X Points” means twice the standard base points. Other bonus-point offers will not be doubled unless stated.
  • Points are calculated after discounts and before taxes, shipping and other fees.
  • Gift cards, shipping, taxes, wholesale orders, cancelled orders and refunded purchases do not qualify.
  • Points may take time to appear after an eligible order is placed or fulfilled.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, points earned from that purchase may be removed.
  • The promotion is valid only on CanadianProtein.com and does not apply to third-party retailers or marketplaces.
  • Canadian Protein may withhold points in cases of suspected fraud, resale or promotional abuse.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the promotion without prior notice.
  • Void where prohibited.
