Recipe: Muscle Rice Pudding

Rice - 275g
Greek Yoghurt - 100g
Canada Protein: Vanilla Whey - 30g
Red Grapes - 100g
Calories - 550
Carbohydrates - 85g
Fat - 3g
Protein - 45g
*If calorie content is too high, split all ingredients in half.
Step 1: steam rice and leave in separate bowl.
Step 2: mix in a separate bowl Greek yoghurt, cinnamon and Canadian Protein Grass-fed New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate: Vanilla
Step 3: add Greek yoghurt protein mixture to the rice bowl and mix up.
Step 4: add red grapes and sprinkle cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
