Recipe: Muscle Rice Pudding

Are you a rice pudding fan, and looking for a way to make it healthier? Luckily, we have you covered with a recipe from Canadian Protein customer/Instagram user @coreyv309 over at @thegaragegym_. This is a perfect recipe for a post workout nutritional meal! High in carbs and protein, low in fat. What's not to love?

 

Rice - 275g

Greek Yoghurt - 100g

Canada Protein: Vanilla Whey - 30g

Red Grapes - 100g

Cinnamon

 

Calories - 550

Carbohydrates - 85g

Fat - 3g

Protein - 45g

*If calorie content is too high, split all ingredients in half.

Step 1: steam rice and leave in separate bowl.

Step 2: mix in a separate bowl Greek yoghurt, cinnamon and Canadian Protein Grass-fed New Zealand Whey Protein Isolate: Vanilla

Step 3: add Greek yoghurt protein mixture to the rice bowl and mix up.

Step 4: add red grapes and sprinkle cinnamon on top, and enjoy!
