Hey guys with the recent quarantines that have been put place with Coronavirus, a lot of people are forced to stay at home and are looking for at-home workouts to do.
What I'm going to put out here over these next couple of days is a couple at home workouts that you can do with both minimal equipment or no equipment at all, lower body focus, upper body focus, or full body so stay tuned.
Hey guys what I have for you today is going to be an upper body push focus workout with no equipment required.
There's going to be four exercises and is going to be 10 reps per exercise.
A few of these are a little more challenging so if you can't hit 10 reps, just do whatever you can. Four rounds, four exercises.
With commercial gyms being shut down temporarily, it doesn't mean you can't work out! Our trainer Clark has a simple upper body circuit for you that requires no equipment, meaning you can do it right at home!
Do this circuit of 4 exercises for 4 sets of 10 reps!
- SA push-up - right
- SA push-up - left
- Diamond push-ups
- Shoulder push-ups
