Known Adverse Reactions

For products targeted to pregnant women, providing iron at doses 16-35 mg per day,: Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin mineral supplement along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting due to the high intake of iron. 4 capsules/day: Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting.
