These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Easter Flash Sale - April 2026

The Easter Flash Sale is subject to the following terms:

    • The promotion offers 25% off sitewide when customers use the code EASTER at checkout during the promotional period.
    • A valid promotional code (EASTER) must be entered at checkout to receive the applicable discount.
    • The promotion also offers 2X Canadian Protein Rewards Points on eligible purchases made during the promotional period.
    • The 25% discount is applied to the purchase price before taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
    • Rewards points are calculated based on the final purchase price after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
    • Some exclusions may apply, including but not limited to:
      • Gift Cards
      • Bundles or pre-discounted items
      • Bulk items
      • Limited-edition products
      • Any items excluded at the sole discretion of Canadian Protein
    • The offer is valid only during the Easter Sale promotional period and cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.
    • Discounts will appear in the cart and at checkout.
      If no discount applies, items in the cart may be excluded from the promotion.
    • This promotion cannot be combined with any other coupons, discount codes, referral rewards, or loyalty point redemptions unless explicitly stated.
    • Product availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out during the promotion.
    • Shipping and processing times may be delayed due to increased order volume during promotional events.
    • If an order is refunded or canceled, any rewards points earned from that purchase may be removed or adjusted accordingly.
    • Refunds for items purchased during the event will reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.
