These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. BOGO 50% Off - July 2026

The Canadian Protein BOGO 50% Off promotion is subject to the following terms:

  • promotion offers Buy One, Get One 50% off sitewide during the promotional period, using code BOGOBEST.
  • This is a mix and match promotion — paired items do not need to be identical; any two eligible products may be combined to qualify.
  • The discount is applied to the lower-priced item in each qualifying pair and must be entered manually at checkout.
  • The discount applies to regular-priced items only. The following are excluded from this promotion:
    • Bulk protein products (6kg and 10kg bags)
    • Gift Cards – canadianprotein.com/products/gift-card-1
    • Items already on sale or marked down
    • Additional exclusions may apply at the sole discretion of Canadian Protein.
  • The discount is applied to the purchase price before taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
  • Code BOGOBEST must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply; the discount will then be reflected in the cart and at checkout for all eligible products.
  • The offer is valid only during the BOGO Sale promotional period and cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.
  • If no discount appears at checkout, the product(s) may not be part of the promotion.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other coupons, discount codes, referral rewards, bundle offers, or loyalty point redemptions unless explicitly stated.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may sell out during the promotion.
  • Shipping and processing times may be delayed due to increased order volume during promotional events.
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items may be final sale, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
