BFCM Sale Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, incentives, gifts, and contests available during the Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale (referred to as “The Sale”) on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any Black Friday Cyber Monday promotion, you agree to these terms as well as Canadian Protein’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

All promotions and discounts available during The Sale are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Sale promotional offers are available only during the promotional period or while supplies last.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, referral codes, loyalty rewards, or third-party offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription-based purchases unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale pricing applies only to qualifying purchases completed within The Sale timeframe.
  • All discounts are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Promotional information may contain typographical or pricing errors. Canadian Protein reserves the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.
  • No price adjustments will be made for orders placed before or after the promotional period.
2. Use of the Phrase “Up to 70% Off” and Exclusions

Throughout The Sale promotional period, CanadianProtein.com may advertise discounts using the phrase “Up to 70% Off.” Please note:

  • “Up to 70% Off” indicates that select products may reach discounts as high as 70%, while other products will reflect lower discount amounts.
  • “Up to 70% Off” includes the combined discount structure (base offer + additional markdowns).
  • Discount levels vary by product type and inventory availability.
  • Additional discounts (including extra 5–40% markdowns) are not guaranteed on all items.
  • Exclusions may apply, including but not limited to:
    • Products restricted due to legal, pricing, or contractual obligations
    • Products already heavily discounted, promotional bundles, or clearance items
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or specialty items
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders (unless otherwise specified)
    • Any products excluded at the sole discretion of Canadian Protein
  • Not all products will reach the maximum advertised discount.
  • Excluded items may not be listed on promotional pages or during checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:

  • Products are unavailable, sold out, or discontinued
  • Pricing, discount, or promotional information contains errors
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
  • Orders placed during The Sale cannot be altered after submission. Please confirm all order details before checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during The Sale are subject to Canadian Protein’s standard Return Policy:

  • Refund amounts reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.
  • Free gifts included in promotions (e.g., Mystery Product, Electric Mixer) cannot be returned separately for a refund.
5. Changes to Promotions
  • Canadian Protein may modify, extend, or end any promotional offer at any time without notice.
  • Not all discount codes, loyalty rewards, or point redemptions are compatible with The Sale promotions.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6. Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale Incentives

During The Sale, the following promotional incentives apply:

A. “Win Your Order Refunded” Promotion
  • Every customer placing an order during The Sale will be automatically entered for a chance to win a full refund of their order.
  • Canadian Protein will select 2 winners.
  • Refund applies only to the product value of the order; shipping costs, taxes, duties, and fees are excluded.
  • Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Canadian Protein and its affiliates are not eligible.
  • Winners will be selected by random draw and notified via email.
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in the selection of an alternate winner.
  • Maximum refund value is $350 CAD for purchases made on CanadianProtein.com.
  • Refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward other promotions.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromising integrity.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
B. Free Gifts

During The Sale, the following free gift promotions apply:

  • Mystery Product included with every order over $1, while supplies last. Mystery gifts may include shaker bottles, supplements, apparel, or other Canadian Protein merchandise.
  • Free Electric Mixer on orders of $150+ (before taxes and after discounts), while supplies last.
  • Free gifts cannot be substituted, exchanged, or refunded.
C. Giveaway Contest – Meta Glasses
  • All customers who place an order during The Sale period will be entered for a chance to win a pair of Meta Glasses.
  • No purchase necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain piece of paper and mail it to:

  • Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by December 8th, 2025.
  • Must be 18 years or older to enter.
  • Contest open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and is void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Canadian Protein, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.
  • The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  • No purchase limit; each order counts as one entry.
  • 1 winner will receive: Meta Glasses (model subject to availability).
  • Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed (unless Sponsor decides otherwise).
  • When The Sale period has ended, the winner will be contacted via email.
  • The winner will be chosen via random draw.
  • The winner will be notified within 7 days of selection and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond, verify eligibility, or meet requirements may result in an alternate winner being selected.
  • By entering, participants grant Canadian Protein the rights to use their name, image, likeness, entry content, and statements for advertising and promotional use worldwide, without additional compensation.
  • Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if technical or fraudulent issues occur.
  • Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry processes or violates the rules.
  • Attempts to damage the website or undermine the giveaway may result in legal action.
  • Entry must be original and cannot infringe on third-party rights.
  • Entrants agree to release Canadian Protein from any claims relating to:
    • Participation in the giveaway
    • Use or misuse of the prize
    • Technical errors, lost mail, human error, or unauthorized interference
  • Governed by Canadian law. All disputes handled individually in Canadian courts. No class actions permitted. Entrants waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta.
D. Additional Discounted Products

In addition to the flat 30% base offer, Canadian Protein will offer additional discounts on select products, including but not limited to:

  • Overstock items
  • Bundles
  • Apparel
  • Equipment

Offers apply only to products designated within The Sale collections and are available while supplies last.

E. Limited Edition Vegan Proteins — Extra 10% Discount

During The Sale, Canadian Protein will offer an additional 10% off on new Limited Edition Vegan Protein flavours:

  • Blueberry Cobbler
  • Banana Cream Pie
  • Cinnamon Bun

This offer applies only to The Sale period and only to select Limited Edition products.

F. Subscription Discounts
  • During the full Sale period, subscription purchases on eligible products will receive 35% off.
  • Subscription exclusions may apply at Canadian Protein’s discretion.
  • Normal subscription terms and conditions apply.
7. Rewards and Loyalty Points
  • Canadian Protein is offering 3x points during The Sale.
  • Some discount codes, rewards, or point redemptions may not be compatible with The Sale promotions.
  • Canadian Protein does not offer price matching or adjustments on orders placed before or after The Sale.
8. Shipping Delays
  • Due to increased demand during The Sale, shipping delays may occur.
  • Customers placing orders within the United States may experience extended delays.
9. Customer Support and Complaints
  • Canadian Protein is not responsible for technical issues, website errors, payment failures, outages, or delays.
