What are Raspberry Ketones?

Raspberry Ketones VS Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract for example, is packed full of antioxidants, especially EGCG, or Epi Gallo Catechin Galate, which strengthens the immune system and provides a wide range of health benefits. Green tea extract is more for whole overall health as opposed to raspberry ketones, which are instead primarily about weight loss, or more specifically, fat loss.

What can it be stacked with?

Raspberry ketones don’t actually need to be stacked with other supplements to be effective, although many users will actually stack it with Vitamin C, and will see some very impressive results by doing so. Generally, they may be stacked full Omega 3 supplements and a multi-vitamin.
