my new order came in 5 x 2kg, sturdy plastic, resealable bags. Much easier to manage and I'm sure keeps the powder fresher.

When they raised their prices on the grass fed protein powder I thought they went overboard on how high they went. But along with that came screwing up my last order where they sent me an email claiming that the package had been delivered. I spent several days going to a few dozen houses in my neighborhood trying to see if the protein powder was had been accidentally sent to them by mistake. It’s critical for my cancer situation to have a steady source of protein. I wrote to the company and it took three days to get a response from a bot and when I responded to that I got the same bot response. I’m probably gonna look for a new source.

Mix&match needs to be made available for 10kg quantity. Most people don't want to pay the markup for individual 2kg bags. Spending $500 on one flavour is annoying.
