Terms and Conditions For The Northern Supply Sale 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.

  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

6. Northern Supply Sale - September 2026

The Canadian Protein Northern Supply Sale is subject to the following terms:

  • The promotion offers 25% off protein products during the promotional period.
  • Promotional code NORTH25 must be entered at checkout for the discount to apply. Discounts are not applied automatically.
  • This promotion is available to United States customers only. The discount is valid only on orders shipping to a valid United States address.
  • The discount applies to regular-priced protein products only. The following are excluded from this promotion:
    • Bulk protein products (6kg and 10kg bags)
    • Supplements, apparel, accessories, and all other non-protein categories
    • Gift Cards – canadianprotein.com/products/gift-card-1
    • Subscription and recurring orders
    • Items already on sale or marked down
  • Additional exclusions may apply at the sole discretion of Canadian Protein.
  • The discount is applied to the purchase price before taxes, shipping, duties, and additional fees.
  • The 25% discount will be displayed in the cart and at checkout once code NORTH25 has been applied to an eligible order.
  • The offer is valid only during the Northern Supply Sale promotional period and cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.
  • If no discount appears at checkout, the product may not be part of the promotion, or the order may not meet the eligibility requirements.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with Buy More, Save More, or with any other coupon, discount code, referral reward, bundle offer, or loyalty point redemption unless explicitly stated.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may sell out during the promotion.
  • Shipping and processing times may be delayed due to increased order volume during promotional events.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.
  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
