These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on CanadianProtein.com. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or until stock lasts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, CanadianProtein.com may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, or special collaboration products.
    • The decision of Canadian Protein.

For each promotion, excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:
    • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
    • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.

4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.

5. Changes to Promotions

  • Canadian Protein reserves the right to change, extend, or terminate promotions without prior notice.
  • Promotions are valid only within Canada unless otherwise specified.

6. Fathers Day Pre Sale - June 2026

The Canadian Protein Father's Day Pre-Sale promotion is subject to the following terms:

      • The promotion offers 25% off select bundles during the promotional period.
      • No promotional code is required; the discount is automatically applied to eligible bundles at checkout.
      • The discount applies only to the following bundles featured in the Father's Day Pre-Sale:
        • Get Started Bundle
        • Improve Health Bundle
        • Prep Bundle
      • The discount is applied to the purchase price before taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
      • The 25% discount will be displayed on the product page, in the cart, and at checkout for all eligible bundles.
      • The following products and collections are excluded from the 25% bundle discount but are available as part of the Father's Day Pre-Sale:
        • Under $50 Collection 
        • Under $100 Collection 
        • Gift Cards
        • Additional exclusions may apply at the sole discretion of Canadian Protein.
      • The offer is valid only during the Father's Day Pre-Sale promotional period and cannot be applied to previous or future purchases.
      • If no discount appears at checkout, the product may not be part of the promotion.
      • This promotion cannot be combined with other coupons, discount codes, referral rewards, bundle offers, or loyalty point redemptions unless explicitly stated.
      • Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may sell out during the promotion.
      • Shipping and processing times may be delayed due to increased order volume during promotional events.
      • Clearance or heavily discounted items may be final sale, unless otherwise required by law.
      • Refunds (where applicable) will reflect the discounted sale price, not the original full price.
      • Canadian Protein reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
