What is Whey Protein Concentrate

Whey Concentrate is a basic, inexpensive whey protein supplement created as a byproduct of dairy and may contain lactose. This formula although based on economy still delivers a high quality, great tasting undenatured protein that mixes easily. This protein may be used by anyone from beginners to elite athletes, it just does not boast the same bioavailability rate as Premium Whey Blend or Whey Protein Isolate. Whey Protein Concentrate is well suited to be used post workout or as a meal replacement to supplement for meals throughout the day. It can be blended in the blender with fruit and ice, mixed in a shaker bottle, or stirred into your favourite beverage.

How to use Whey Protein Concentrate

Whey Protein Concentrate is best consumed at a ratio of 1 rounded scoop of powder with 200-250ml (depending on desired consistency) of cold water, milk, skim milk or your favourite beverage. The amount of serving depends on daily protein intake needs of the individual.

Recommended serving guidelines

Men under 200lbs bodyweight: 1 rounded scoop
Men over 200lbs bodyweight: 2 rounded scoops
Women under 175lbs bodyweight: 1 rounded scoop
Women over 175lbs bodyweight: 1.5 rounded scoops

Suggested Use

Tastes great, doesn't mix very well

The flavor on the chocolate milk protein is amazing. Super creamy and delicious. I always have plenty of floaties left after mixing it up. I don't mind them too much, though.

This would have been a five star product, but unfortunately, shipping with a carrier that says it's delivering it every day, but fails to complete constantly, due to the glitch in your system that alters the address, makes it only a three star product.
This has happened several times with your shipping, so it's not a one off error.

Whey Protein Concentrate

Not the value it used to be.

When I started buying 5lb bags of New Zealand grass fed protein off this site, I had to purchase two bags plus a shaker cup or something else just to qualify for free shipping after spending $99. Then they changed to 2kg bags or 4.4lbs from the 5lb bags, so you got less for the same price. Now one single bag, not even 5lbs, cost $99. This site has more then doubled in price. At this point I'm better off just hitting up a store on my way home from work.

Taste has been hit or miss over the years but decent for the most part. Usually it dissolves fine with water and a bit of shaking.
